F3 Emberwatch has roots in St. George, UT and Las Vegas, NV going back to 2022.
We are part of a movement that began in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina; as of Feb 2026, there are over 5,000 workout groups being held weekly in 49 states and 21 countries. Learn more about F3 Nation
Our 5 Core Principles
1. Free of Charge
- Never pay to workout
2. Open to all men
- We are male-inclusive. Youth <18 welcome when accompanied by a father
3. Held outdoors: rain/shine, heat/cold
