F3 is peer-led.  That means that if you don’t like your results, take it up with yourself, bucko.  Still, bananas don’t buy themselves, so we have a few guys who we give some semblance of responsibility to every now and then.

F3 Job Descriptions

Amazing pay and benefits!  F3 is “led in a rotating fashion” and in F3 Emberwatch, that includes the SLT. We take turns in these roles as we develop each of them within each of us

Weasel Shaker

  • Mr. Accountability: he “shakes the weasels” with Candor for Impact
    • Follows up without delay re: AARs
    • Ensures data tracker data is current and complete 
  • Often a rule-embracing, detail-oriented sort that helps keep SLT heads on straight to facilitate decision-making on how to unshackle PAX to become greater leaders.

ExpansionQ

  1. Indomidably enthusiastic about F3
  2. Keeps his ear to the ground, and his finger on the pulse of the PAX with WS
  3. Watching 43 ft down the runway for 1stF AO plants; for example, “Wednesday numbers are really high, might be time to split the workout”; or, “I’ve plotted all the PAX houses on this map and it looks like we could use an AO on the other side of town”

Dr. POC (Downrange Point of Contact)

  1. Welcoming party Liason for visiting PAX
  2. Help with logistics: get the lowdown on BD: when and where
  3. Offering solutions to getting them engaged
  4. Mediator b/t FNG and veteran PAX: connecting

ComzQ (open)

  • Facilitate inter-PAX communication. He understands very clearly that 2ndF does not end at the AO or at the HDHH. Part of what makes F3 work is a dedicated man to keep the drum beating so that Pax have community one with another.
    • Arranges and sharpens communication tools: Band, X, Slack, Map, etc.
    • Tech skills helpful (not required)
